OUR PHILOSOPHY
Our approaches to helping are based on the view that struggles whether it be learning, behavioural, mental health, or relationship needs to be addressed from a more comprehensive bio-psycho-social and even spiritual perspective. We also believe in dealing with the root causes of issues which often stem from traumatic experiences or distresses from our past.

FHL works on the basis of a team approach to provide cost efficiency and a variety of staff availability to our clients while maintaining the highest degree of competency and confidentiality. Our team extends beyond our staff to other professionals whom we consult and work with to offer the best holistic services. Among these would be Doctors of Chiropractic Medicine, Doctors of Naturopathic Medicine, Doctors of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Optometrists, Occupational Therapists, Psychiatrists, and Specialized Kinesiologists.
