Our friendly administrative and intake team would love to walk you through our intake process! We invite you to connect with us by phone. If you prefer to complete the form, we'll call you back within two business days for a 10-15 minute phone intake. If you don't have a particular therapist in mind, staff will match you or your child/teenager to one of our highly trained and licensed/registered therapists.
If you request a specific therapist, availability may be limited, and some therapists may not be accepting new clients.
