Patrick Kwok is an intern counsellor pursuing his Master of Arts in Counselling and Psychology at Yorkville University. With extensive experience in child and youth education and counselling, he profoundly understands the challenges and opportunities of working with young individuals and their families. His background includes roles as an Education Assistant for Christian home learners in Kamloops, a Life Coach and Middle School Counsellor in Qingdao, and a Youth Worker in Hong Kong. He desires to hone his skills at FHL in individual and group counselling, crisis intervention, and conflict resolution, mainly focusing on the holistic development of children and adolescents.

Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, Patrick's multilingual capabilities enable him to connect with a diverse clientele. His approach integrates life coaching and personal development, aiming to empower youth and families through tailored parenting workshops and psychoeducational programs on top of individual counselling. His academic background, including a Master of Arts in Trainer of Youth Ministry at Acadia University and a Master of Arts in Marketplace Theology at Regent College, further enriches his counselling perspective.

Outside of his professional life, Patrick is an ACCT high rope course practitioner, WSCA swimming coach, avid hiker, and soccer enthusiast. His passion for outdoor adventures and sports energizes him and enhances his competence in adventure-based counselling, a field in which he has over ten years of experience.
